  1. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Initiate a return from your Orders page to get a prepaid label.
  3. Refunds post to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
  4. Perishables may be refunded/credited case‑by‑case—contact Support.
